Detailed information

All Porcelain Crowns

Recent breakthroughs have allowed us to make crowns entirely out of porcelain. This eliminates the dark lines that can occur around the edges of the gums when they were built with a metal core. All-porcelain crowns are a beautiful solution to improve your bright smile.

Antridox is a very effective treatment that dramatically reduces periodontal infection, bacterial infection and further destruction of bone and connective tissue. Atridox is an antimicrobial gel that is applied directly to the infected spaces between your teeth and gums. It releases the antibiotic over a seven day period. Atridox cannot be used for patients who are pregnant or nursing, under the age of eight, or allergic to tetracycline.

Bone Grafting

Bone grafting can restore the health and strength of the bone that supports your teeth. Once the procedure is complete your body works to repair new soft tissue and bone over the course of three to nine months. This new area is strengthened by connecting your existing bone with the bone material that was placed in the procedure.

Cardiovascular Health

If you have periodontal disease, you may have an increased risk of a stroke, infective endocarditis and coronary heart disease. Periodontal disease is an infection of the gums, teeth and bone that surrounds your teeth. It's caused by the bacteria that live in plaque. The bacteria infects the tooth roots and cause pockets of infection to form in the gums. This results in red and swollen gums that bleed when you brush or floss.

Complete Series X-Rays

Our X-Rays use a high speed film to significantly reduce the amount of radiation exposure. A complete series of x-rays gives a full view of your mouth for cavities between the teeth, tarter on the tooth roots, worn-out or broken fillings or crowns, receding bone levels resulting from periodontal disease, abscess. Complete Series of X-Rays gives us the vital information that we cannot get from any other source.

Extracting Wisdom Teeth

Removing wisdom teeth is often necessary to preserve the health of your remaining teeth and mouth. During the procedure, you will fell pressure, but you shouldn't feel any pain. If you do, we will give you more anesthetic. This procedure can reduce many future dental problems, including risk for infection, tooth decay, periodontal disease, and cysts in the jawbone.

Gingivectomy is a safe procedure for removing excess gum tissue from the front surface of your teeth, it may also be necessary to remove diseased gum tissue. A gingivectomy is an effective way to improve the natural appearance of your smile. The area will be healed and look natural in 2 or 3 weeks.

Immediate Dentures

If your teeth are painful or loose, it is possibly that it may be too late to save them. Loose or painful teeth can be caused by advanced periodontal disease, which also causes bone loss. If it is not caught in time, your teeth may have to be removed. Replacing your teeth with dentures may be the best way to eliminate infection and restore the health of your mouth. When this procedure is done in one day it is called an immediate denture.

Immediate Placement

New advances in technology now make it possible to place an implant and a temporary crown immediately, on the same day the tooth is removed. The success depends on your care of the implant at home, and our support with regular checkups and cleanings at the office.

Nitrous Oxide

For some dental procedures we offer nitrous oxide for its calming effect. The feeling of nitrous oxide (or better known as laughing gas) has been described as feeling calm, unconcerned, slightly numb. Because there are no long-lasting effects, you can safely drive after a dental appointment.

Panographic X-Rays

A Panographic X-Ray gives us important information about a variety of oral conditions, such as; position of wisdom teeth, jaw-joint problems, sinus problems, receding bone levels and abscesses. We use the highest technology available to ensure the amount of radiation exposure is very minimal.

Porcelain Bridges

Replacing a missing tooth with a bridge can take two or more appointments. But upon final visit your temporary bridge will be replaced with your new custom porcelain bridge cemented in place.

Porcelain Crowns

Sometimes a porcelain crown can be the best choice for restoration of your smile. This procedure can take two or more appointments. When your porcelain crown is complete your teeth are protected and durable while maintaining the beautiful natural look of life-like teeth.

Power Whitening can quickly brighten your smile by 7 to 10 shades in one session! Every case is a little different. After treatment we may recommend a fluoride treatment, another session at the office or additional at home bleaching. Root Canal Therapy

Root Canal treatment will take approximately two treatments to complete. This procedure saves your tooth to restore your healthy smile. Scaling and Root Planing

Scaling and Root Planing is a treatment to help eliminate the source of periodontal infection. We remove tartar, plaque and bacterial toxins from the root surfaces of the teeth below the gumline. Routine cleanings are not enough when you have periodontal disease. This treatment is scheduled over several appointments to promote your overall health and fine-tune your home care efforts.

Single Tooth Implant

Restoring your smile with a dental implant is completed in two main steps. The implant becomes securely attached to the bone over the course of a few months. Like a lot of procedures, the success of your new dental implant depends on your at home care and we support you through regular checkups and cleanings here at our office to maintain your beautiful and healthy smile.

Space Maintainers

Baby teeth are very important. When a baby tooth is lost too early, due to injury or decay, the teeth adjacent to it may drift together. This causes loss of space in the dental arch. Avoiding certain foods and periodic checks of the space maintainer will ensure it is still functioning properly and keeping all the other teeth in their proper position.

Stainless Steel Crowns

Stainless Steel Crowns are cost effective and popular in repairing large cavities in children's teeth. Comfort for your child is always our priority, we thoroughly numb the surrounding areas before we begin the procedure. A crown covers a damaged tooth to strengthen and protect it, and they are easy for children to maintain. On completion, we will double-check your child's bite and the new fit of the stainless steel crown.

Three Unit Bridge

A Three Unit Bridge are commonly used to replace missing teeth when teeth are available on both sides of the space to support the bridge. It is a good-looking solution and assists in clear speech, biting, chewing, and helps prevent other teeth from shifting.

Ultrasonic Scaling

Ultrasonic Scaling is one of the most effective treatments for periodontal disease. Removing destructive bacteria and tartar from below the gumline is crucial to controlling periodontal disease. Ultra Scaling is more comfortable and efficient for you in removal of plaque, tartar and less need for hand removal of stubborn deposits.

A Veneer is a thin shell of porcelain or plastic that is bonded to a tooth to improve its color and shape. When teeth are beginning to wear, or are chipped, veneers can protect them from damage and restore their original appearance. This can be a two or three step process. The final result is a natural-looking, beautiful smile.

White Fillings

White Fillings are bonded to your tooth, adding strength and helping retain a more healthy structure. They are an attractive and effective option for restoring one or more decayed teeth.
